About Allen Melser:
Allen S. Melser has over thirty years of experience in the practice of intellectual property law, including technology licensing and international patent prosecution and enforcement. He assists domestic and foreign clients in designing and implementing intellectual property policies and managing their global patent, trademark and copyright portfolios. Mr. Melser specializes in the technical areas of software, multimedia, computers and peripherals, microelectronics, electronic commerce and telecommunications. He also has extensive experience in medical devices that are used in surgery and diagnostics. His broad interest in electronics, computer and multimedia arts and technology has enabled him to establish a diverse legal practice, which includes both the creative and legal aspects of intellectual property law. Mr. Melser has made presentations on intellectual property in the Far East and has appeared on numerous panels for The National Association of Broadcasters and The American Bar Association. He has also appeared on numerous radio shows and is Editor-in-Chief of an international journal of intellectual property law.
