MultiService WAN switch sales improved only slightly this quarter. Total worldwide MultiService WAN switch manufacturer sales revenues in 2Q 04 were $545 million. This was an increase of 1% from the previous quarter, but was a substantial increase of 14% from 2Q 03. About 82% of the sales were for ATM/IP/MPLS-related equipment, and 18% of the sales were for Frame Relay.
