Because it happens naturally and spontaneously, very few people ever take the time to study the art and science of communication and to learn how to be very, very effective in their interactions with others. In this session, you will learn some of the key principles of communication and how you can apply them to your personal work and life.

This course is available over the Internet using 100 kbs video streaming, so any non-Macintosh user that has high-speed Internet access will be able to view the course.
