Latin Review is an ongoing surveY. The publication provides information on demographics and consumer behavior across a broad variety of topics such as communication, internet usage, money remittances, financial services, property ownership and credit and media habits, among others. Latin Review 2006 is the latest release of this publication, showing the findings of 420 South Florida Hispanics from Central America, South America and the Caribbean. Demographic analysis for key nationalities (Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Cuba, Central America, and other South American countries) is made across all topics surveyed.
Hispanic markets – report for international Latin banks´ potential on south Florida’s Hispanic markets The information provided in this report analyzes South Florida’s potential market for Latin American Banks interested in providing their services to their fellow countrymen residing in Florida. Approximately 25% of South Florida´s Hispanics are currently customers of a bank in their home country. Hispanics surveyed showed interest in receiving financial services through a Florida based home country bank, varying the degree of interest by financial product.
Latin Review 2006 is the second edition of this survey which studies the Hispanic communities in the US and key Latin American markets.
Methodology: quantitative market research study, interviews by interception in commercial areas. Geographic Coverage: Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Universe: men and woman, between 18 and 65 years old, born in Latin America, first generation, with at least 6 months living in United States. Sample distribution by hispanics country of origin: Argentina (48) Mexico (39) Colombia (60) Venezuela (48) Peru (43) Central America (54) Cuba (40) Dominican Republic (20) Other South American countries (68) TOTAL SAMPLE 420
