In 2006 a new legislative base will be formed, which determines working conditions of foreign companies in Russia. The current situation in the Russian oil and gas branch needs serious financial investments, and nowadays in fact there are no disagreements among competing elites on the issue of necessity of foreign investment into the branch. The question is what working conditions they will have on the Russian territory. Foreigners are both waited and feared because in Russia there is no wish to share with probable dividends to the full extent.
