About the Author:

Steven J. DeKrey is Associate Dean of the Business School at HKUST. He is also the Founding Program Director of the Kellogg-HKUST EMBA Program established by the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University and HKUST in 1998. DeKrey has over 20 years of experience in management education. DeKrey is a 1985 Kellogg MBA graduate and holds a PhD from the University of Iowa. David M. Messick is Morris and Alice Kaplan Professor of Ethics and Decision in Management and Director of Ford Motor Company Center for Global Citizenship at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He holds a PhD in psychology from the University of North Carolina. Author of more than 150 articles and chapters, his scholarly work has been published in prominent academic journals. He has been invited to lecture at prestigious universities internationally and to participate in numerous conferences held around the world. He has taught leadership and ethics to every class of the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA program.
