In 2007, We estimate that small businesses will spend $16.6 billion on wireline voice services, which will account for nearly 31% of the US business market for such services. This trend is expected to continue through 2011. The wireline voice services spending forecast is broken out into the following categories: local, domestic long distance, international long distance, toll-free services, and other services, including audio conferencing, hosted VoIP, and broadband IP telephony.
For each of these forecasts, detail is shown for the size-of-business sub-segments in the small business market: 5 to 9 employees, 10 to 19 employees, 20 to 49 employees, and 50 to 99 employees.
