Executive Summary
Due to the fast development of Chinese economy and increasing requirement of the environment protection, the demand for clean energy increase swiftly, but the growth rate of natural gas supply is still not adequate enough to meet the increasing demand, and the gap of natural gas will be even larger. The government will take measures in every way to cope with the shortage. Besides the increase of domestic natural gas output, the government will import land PNG and LNG via sea to satisfy the domestic demand. The government policy will be further loosened: the government encourages foreign investors to participate in the natural gas exploration and the construction and operation of infrastructure, natural gas power station, and large & medium city gas project, which almost cover the all natural gas biz sectors, and the private companies has entered into China Natural Gas distribution business.
