The goal of this Video Leadership Seminar is to provide educators with essential information about the roles and goals of business school professors. The DVD is viewable on any computer or iPod (that supports video) and features 30 minutes of live video with Thomas Moore of Northeastern University, sharing his knowledge and experience with being a business school professor. About the Author

Thomas Moore, Dean, College of Business Administration. Dean Moore received a BA from Montclair State University, an MEd from Bridgewater State, an MBA from Northeastern University, and a PhD from Boston College. Prior to returning to the College of Business, he was the Vice President of Executive Education and Corporate Programs at Babson College. He also served as Dean of the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson for seven years during which time he led a major restructuring of the MBA program which has gained international recognition and served as a model for many other business schools. Prior to Babson, Dr. Moore served for three years as Vice President and Dean of Arthur D. Littles School of Management, an accredited graduate school of business, and Vice President of Arthur D. Little International Inc., which delivered executive education to clients such as Harvard University and the LG Group, South Koreas third largest conglomerate. Earlier in his career, Dr. Moore was Associate Dean, and, later, Acting Dean, at the College of Business at Northeastern University, overseeing the graduate and undergraduate schools, the School of Professional Accounting, and Center for Management Development. At Babson College and Northeastern University, Dr. Moore taught marketing and management courses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. He has published on innovations in management curricula, the introduction of high technology products, and marketing for non-profit organizations. He consults in training and development for corporations as well as strategy for higher education.
