About the author:
Patrick Ciccarelli is the CEO of Varsity Technologies. Before founding the company, he spent several years in the classroom as a teacher and university lecturer. Patrick was one of the first regional instructors for the Cisco Networking Academy, an international program that prepares individuals for a career in networking. Patrick holds an M.A. in Instructional Technology as well as technical certifications from Microsoft and Cisco.
