Other candidates holding particular promise include the only preregistered agent Novartiss Gleevec-follow-on Tasigna (nilotinib), Novartiss mTOR inhibitor Certican (everolimus), and Biogen Idecs anti-CD23 monoclonal antibody, lumiliximab.
