In this report, not only the special features in production, production pathways, consumption and producers of Chinese sodium diacetate industry are clearly depicted, but the factors that have shaped this industry are explored and summarised. What the report also covers is a brief introduction to other products that compete with sodium diacetate in order to find their impact on the sodium diacetate industry. In addition, the manufacturers and some important researchers of sodium diacetate are profiled in the part of appendix.
