About Charles Hansen: Charles Hansen founded Hansen Government Relations in 2001 after seven years as a senior lobbyist at the firm Podesta Associates. At Podesta Associates, Charles served as Managing Principal and represented anumber of clients in the food processing, agricultural and textile industries. Before joining Podesta Associates, Charles headed the Office of Congressional Liaison for the United States International Trade Commission and served as an aide to Texas Governor Ann Richards and U.S. Senator Lloyd Bentsen.
