Marty is a partner in the firms Bankruptcy and Business Litigation practice groups. Marty focuses his practice on debtor and creditors rights, distressed debt, and commercial and bankruptcy litigation. Marty routinely represents financial institutions, investment banking firms, mutual funds, private equity and hedge funds, and large corporations in a broad range of disputed and transactional commercial matters, including: distressed asset and high yield transactions and the purchase and sale of syndicated bank debt and bankruptcy claims. He also has extensive commercial and bankruptcy litigation experience in state, federal and bankruptcy courts.
