Authors bio: Diane Stegmeier is president of Stegmeier Consulting Group, Cincinnati. She is a consultant in change management and organizational effectiveness, and has been engaged by clients throughout North America and Western Europe seeking to leverage human capital and pursue performance optimization in the workplace. Her approach to helping clients manage change is defined as the “practice of strategically guiding organizational transformation while maintaining human psychological stability and minimizing business process disruption.”
Diane is best known for her research exploring the Critical Influence System™ affecting behavior in the workplace, in particular, the impact of physical space on human behavior. Her research has examined the key factors fostering a sustainable platform for change, and has revealed the Critical Influences™ that can enable—or hinder—the development, execution and outcomes of workplace strategies. iane Stegmeier holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Baldwin-Wallace College with a concentration in Business Law, and earned an MBA in Leading Organizational Change from Kent State University. She is an associate of The Ivy Faculty Consortium, headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
