We recently published a comparison of five market-leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, targeted specifically towards small enterprises. One of the evaluated products was Microsoft Dynamics CRM Version 3. Microsoft has subsequently released Version 4, a major upgrade to the product. This research note should be considered as a companion to the original Microsoft Dynamics CRM evaluation, conducted as part of the Decision Diamond vendor evaluation process.
This research note updates our previous evaluation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Version 4, including:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a suite of CRM tools focused at small enterprises that need a balance among sales, marketing, and service features. Microsoft shops will find software deployment and management familiar. Version 4 has added significant product features and the on-demand delivery option has undergone a complete overhaul. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Version 4 has become a viable option for small enterprises considering CRM, alongside our previously evaluated small enterprise CRM leaders Salesforce.com, SageCRM, and SugarCRM.
