About Johnny Taylor Johnny Taylor is the senior vice president of human resources for IAC and has overall responsibility for the human resources strategy and execution for the Company. Most recently, Mr. Taylor served as the senior vice president of human resources for LendingTree and the other businesses in the IAC financial services and real estate division. Prior to joining LendingTree, Mr. Taylor was president of McGuireWoods HR Strategies LLC, a resources consulting subsidiary of the McGuireWoods law firm and served as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary for Compass Group USA, Inc.
About Stephen Hartman: Stephen Hartman is a professor at the New York Institute of Technology. He has been teaching for over 30 years in courses of management, international management, informational systems, and international business. He has written over 10 books and countless number of articles. He has also been a successful consultant to the military, international businesses and other universities across the nation.
About Phyllis Domm: With more than 20 years' experience in human resources leadership positions in a variety of organizations, Phyllis A. Domm has time and again demonstrated the ability to create a strategic vision and implement the operational changes required to bring it to fruition. From 2000 – 2006, Dr. Domm served as Vice-President, Human Resources for Intermountain Health Care (IHC), the country's top integrated healthcare system based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Reporting to the President and CEO, she was charged with leading the human asset strategy for IHC and promoting the company's business strategies by establishing and maintaining efficient organizational infrastructure, culture of excellence, customer service focus, alignment of reward strategy, and effective employee engagement.
