We recently completed a comparison of five market-leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, targeted towards small enterprises. One of the evaluated products was Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Version 3). The evaluation examined specific product and vendor strengths and weaknesses to determine to what degree the product would make a good choice for a small enterprise implementing CRM.

While Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be particularly attractive to existing Microsoft shops and customers of other products in the Microsoft Dynamics product line, Info-Tech Research Group does not recommend the current version of the product. However, Version 4 of the product (planned for release in 2H 2007) should be reviewed for small enterprise CRM projects if it is available.
