We recently completed a comparison of five market-leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Each solution was targeted specifically towards small enterprises. One of the evaluated products was Sage Software’s ACT! The evaluation examined specific strengths and weaknesses to determine to what degree the product would make a good choice for a small enterprise implementing CRM.

ACT! is particularly attractive for independent customer account managers or sales people. ACT! for Workgroups is especially beneficial for loosely coupled account management and sales teams that need to share important customer data, but prefer to maintain a certain level of independence (e.g. real estate agents and financial advisors). ACT! is not a customer service application.
