34 Million Subscribers: Worldwide Cable Telephony Services Continue to Expand

Demand for cable telephony services remains strong in 2008. Cable TV operators, especially those located in North America and Europe, are continuing to invest in telephony services in order to offer a true 'triple play' service bundle.
