The increase was primarily attributable to increased research revenues from Wyeth related to the development of subcutaneous, intravenous and oral formulations of methylnaltrexone. The operating loss of the company was $51 million during FY2007, as compared to an operating loss of $29 million in FY2006. The net loss was $44 million in FY2007, as compared to a net loss of $22 million in FY2006.
