Electronics Industry Outlook - Special PWB Edition

Published since 1975, the Electronics Industry Outlook (EIO) Special PWB report provides detailed worldwide data and forecasts for Electronic Equipment, Semiconductors, Printed Wiring Boards (PWBs) and Economic Variables for the years 2005-2012. Please note that there is a separate, but related, EIO report that contains forecasts of seven passive component categories instead of very detailed PWB projections.

Data and forecasts are published for the years 2005 through 2012. (see below)
ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
Production forecasts are provided at level 2 for all countries and regions. Data and forecast values are printed in Local Currency, US dollars converted at fluctuating exchange rates, and US dollars converted at 2007 exchange rates. For the US, the data and forecasts go down to level 6, which results in market projections for over 300 equipment categories.
PWB COMPONENTS Flexible Printed Wiring is subdivided into Standard FPW and Flex Rigid. Multilayer boards are segmented by layer count. Data and forecasts for PWBs are supplied in US dollars converted at constant 2007 exchange rates.
SEMICONDUCTORS
The semiconductor data and forecasts are provided in fluctuating exchange rates only.
