Zoran K. Morvay, Project Manager of UNDP-GEF Project Removing barriers for energy efficiency in Croatia, UNDP Country Office in Croatia Zoran Morvay is a consultant electrical engineer and a visiting lecturer at the University of Zagreb. He has over seventeen years experience in the transfer of energy efficiency knowledge to developing economies. In addition to his experience in the commercial application and administration of energy systems he has authored over 20 academic articles on energy management.
Professor Duaan D. Gvozdenac, University of Novi Sad, Serbia Professor Duaan Gvozdenac holds the Chair in Thermal Engineering at the Institute of Energy and Process Engineering at Novi Sad University, is the regional director for the Regional Energy Efficiency Centre in Novi Sad and is the Director of Technical Services in Thailand for the international energy and environmental consultancy ECONET. He is a well-established academic and researcher in the field of heat transfer with many published papers to his name including a large number in journals with a high international reputation. Professor Gvozdenac has thirty-four years of experience in the area of industrial energy efficiency including the administration of international projects, university teaching and high-level administration.
