webKPI Dashboard & webKPI Benchmarking
WebKPI LLC, Dec 2008
“How is your business doing? I mean seriously, what is your cash position today? Do you have enough cash to meet payroll? Can you buy that new piece of equipment that’s needed? What’s the status of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable?
Managing day-to-day expenditures balanced against receivables is tantamount to the overall health of your company, and your continued success. Business owners spend precious time hunting down this information and need real-time access to financial data that is often not readily available when they need it most. Know your cash position in these troubled financial times and you just might survive the most devastating credit crunch in US history. Remember the words of Warren Buffet – “Risk comes from not knowing what you’re doing.”
We can help you quickly answer these compelling questions, and also provide a host of other financial metrics to guide your critical business decisions.
webKPI Dashboard is a financial monitoring tool providing quick analysis and display of a host of critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) along with a number of financial reports. Key Performance Indicators monitor cash flow, revenue, profitability, return on investment and a host of business drivers that are derived directly from your QuickBooks accounting data. T
webKPI delivers Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reporting to executives, business professionals, business owners, investors, board of directors, lenders, coaches and the accounting and finance teams who require timely financial reporting, yet do not have the time, tools or expertise to extract and display meaningful results from today’s complex accounting systems. Gone is the delay from having to crunch data in Excel before financial reports can be produced and distributed. Now, financial data can be shared on the web in minutes and the user is assured the latest up-to-date information without having to worry about Excel formula errors or distribution issues. Printing, copying, handling and distributing a myriad of reports is no longer required. When errors are detected or adjustments are made, there’s no need to secure the return of or the disposal of Excel files, online reports or paper copies that need revising, and then go through the whole printing and delivering process again.
The tight integration to the financial software solution is provided by a webKPI Link which exports a snapshot of the current QuickBooks financials to a secure web browser. The transfer of data from financial system to webKPI takes minutes, providing immediate access to the latest financial results. Then webKPI provides clients the ability to use their web browser to access a simple yet powerful dashboard of financial and operational metrics to ensure immediate visibility into the current financial health of the organization, as well as view years of historical data.
In addition, the webKPI Benchmarking and Valuation product links to a database of over 900,000 companies in 2300 SIC and NAICS code categories. The financial data exported from QuickBooks can be immediately compared against data from like companies having the same SIC or NAICS code, and evaluated to determine comparable financial position with respect to a cross-section of those companies. In addition to seeing where a company fits in comparison to its SIC or NAICS code peers, webKPI Benchmarking and Valuation will also offer recommendations for improving the company’s financial position, and allow the user to change financial constraints and perform “what-if” analysis. In the event a valuation is needed for the company, this product provides five separate valuation scenarios.
*We establish a company account for you on our webKPI server and you then run our two solutions through our website. All you need is access to the internet.
*One webKPI license per QuickBooks database.
