The business plan describes the investment project which consists in the organisation of the medical centre for a city with the population from 500 thousand persons, in conditions of economic crisis. It represents the medical-polyclinic block focused on a wide spectrum of services of diagnostic character and out-patient treatment.

The medical centre assumes presence of following branches:
- The diagnostic branch providing out-patient-polyclinic treatment and a fracture clinic
- A hospital
- The operational block
- Branch of intensive therapy

The business plan is based on the marketing research spent by company IndexBox in November, 2008, on the market of paid medical services. In planning the model of an average Russian city with the population from 500 thousand persons is put in pawn. It is supposed, that opening of the medical centre will take place in 2010, thus, the typical business plan considers dynamics of an economic situation in the country.

Calculation of potential volume of a gain of the medical centre is made on a basis forecast data by quantity of clients, dynamics of the average check on each category of services, factor of fillability of the centre. Division of monetary streams into single services to the population and services in program VMI (voluntary medical insurance) is spent. In model the current situation in the market of paid medical services and dynamics of structural changes in intermediate term prospect is put in pawn.

Incomes were predicted in a cut of following categories of services:
- Stomatology and prosthetics
- Diagnostics and medical examination (ultrasonic, analyses, a X-ray etc.)
- Surgery (including surgical intervention)
- Gynecology and obstetrics
- Medical board Carrying out
- Single consultations of experts
- Stay in a hospital

The marketing plan also contains offers on formation of packages VMI, their structure, costs, to a sales volume.
The organizational plan contains the information about storey-by-storey plans of the prospective medical centre about division into offices. Calculation of requirement for the medical equipment, furniture, office equipments, account materials and medicines is carried out.

The list of staff for employees of the medical centre, proceeding from predicted volumes of rendering of services is made.The financial model of the business plan corresponds to the international standards of the financial reporting. In calculations indicators on which estimate efficiency of the investment project the Russian and foreign banks, in particular, EBITDA, NPV, IRR are used.
