Hospital-physician alignment has become a critically important element of a hospital and health system strategy.
In today’s economic turmoil, a well structured hospital-physician alignment strategy can help reduce the financial pressures of both sides. Through an effective alignment strategy physicians would receive the support and employment security a hospital provides; and the hospital can in-turn compensate based on the quality of care while instituting incentives for desired behavior.

The webcast will present how to build a strong foundation for long-lasting successful hospital-physician relationships. Listen in to hear case studies that worked and business models to follow.
