Welcome to the seventh edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to: International Arbitration.
This guide provides the international practitioner and in-house counsel with a comprehensive worldwide legal analysis of the laws and regulations of international arbitration.
It is divided into two main sections:
One general chapter. This chapter reviews London’s position as a major arbitral seat. 42 country question and answer chapters, which are further divided into five regional sections.
Each country chapter provides a broad overview of common issues in international arbitration laws and regulations in its respective jurisdiction. The Asia Pacific section is also preceded by an Overview.
All chapters are written by leading international arbitration lawyers and we are extremely grateful for their excellent contributions.
