Numara Delivers Powerful New Asset Management Capabilities to Complement its Service Desk Portfolio

On September 15, Numara Software introduced its Asset Management Platform (AMP), with robust capabilities for inventory and discovery across the IP infrastructure, as well as security, compliance, change and configuration management, patch management, software license management, remote control and other functions targeted primarily at systems devices.
These capabilities are now delivered through Numara® Softwareand are already meaningfully integrated with its Numara®FootPrints® for overall Service Desk and service management support. The combination has some striking advantages from both a near-term pragmatic and a longer-term strategic perspective.
