(STMV), a Texas-based uranium mining company, with a value of $11.07 million. The company has five properties in the Texas region, some of which are already in the advanced stages of licensing. The acquisition will benefit the company by enabling it obtain a stronger foothold in the Texas state, the energy capital of the US. The acquisition also allows the company to expand its uranium properties, have access to already licensed properties and get hold of diversified asset base in their uranium portfolio.
