At Risk SMBs: Which Phone System Vendors' Customers Are Most Disloyal or At Risk to Adopt Hosted VoIP?
AMI Partners, June 2009, Pages: 12
This report provides an overview of “at-risk” telecom equipment customers. AMI defines “at-risk” customers as those that identify themselves as either disloyal to a specific phone system vendor, or those that plan to switch to hosted VoIP in the next 12 months.
Phone system vendors such as Avaya, Panasonic, Nortel, NEC, Toshiba, and Mitel are examined in relation to how many “at-risk” firms are currently using their products. A profile of “at-risk” firms is also examined.
Finally, the report also highlights how a segmented view of the market can help vendors determine how and when to take actions aimed at saving “at-risk” accounts.
