Industry Definition
NAICS 42342: Office Equipment Wholesales. Establishments primarily engaged in the wholesale distribution of office machines and related equipment, including photocopy and microfilm equipment and safes and vaults. These establishments frequently also sell office supplies, but wholesaling most office supplies is classified in SIC 5111-5113. Wholesaling office furniture is classified in SIC 5021, and wholesaling computers and peripheral equipment is classified in SIC 5045.
