The 2009 Baltic E-Banking Report
Metasite Business Solutions, Oct 2009, Pages: 300
The 7th independent study covering all Latvian, Estonian and Lithuanian banks.
The first independent Baltic E-Banking Report, study was introduced to the public in 2003. Since then, e-banking has transformed into a completely different product concept, together with our report.
For six consequent years our researchers were busy studying the market, inventing new features, tests and angles in the areas of functionality, mobile banking, clarity, convenience and customer service responsiveness.
For 2009, this resulted in 500+ distinct criteria set and 300+ pages report, targeted at marketing, product development and customer service strategists of Baltic banks, which evaluates bank's e-communication channels from the average user perspective.
One of the most interesting new features this year – electronic banking experience testing using smartphones, as these emerging devices attract increasingly significant amount of users, particularly in premium users segment.
As every year, we are proud to announce that Baltic E-Banking Report 2009 is more substantial, deeper and sharper.
