The RPO global marketplace is growing increasingly competitive, corporations are being required to streamline operations and cut costs in order to preserve profitability. Recruitment process services outsourcing, still expanding in scope and capabilities, is anticipated to be one of the fastest growing outsourcing service lines in 2010-2012, particularly in the post-recession global workplace.
