From January to November in 2008, accumulative industrial output of our country’s white wine manufacturing industry reached 146.338 billion yuan, increasing by 29.82% year-on-year, with growth rate dropped by 2.01 percentage points; accumulative industrial sales output reached 138.994 billion yuan, up 28.40% year-on-year, with growth rate reduced by 2.95 percentage points compare to the same period of last year; sales ratio was 94.98%, went down by -1.06 percentage points compare to the same period of last year. From January to November in 2008, accumulative production sales income of our country’s white wine manufacturing industry reached 141.190 billion yuan, up 29.94% year-on-year, with the growth rate reduced by 4.09 percentage points compared to the same period of last year. By the end of November, total assets of China’s white wine manufacturing industry reached 149.203 billion yuan, an increase by 19.63% year-on-year, with the growth rate increased by 5.36 percentage points compared to the same period of last year. From January to November in 2008, accumulative profit value of China’s white wine manufacturing industry reached 141.190 billion yuan, an increase by 5.015 billion yuan; accumulative loss value of loss-suffering enterprises was 0.440 billion yuan, up 49.72% year-on-year, with the growth rate increasing by 106.15 percentage points. From January to December in 2008, accumulative production of China’s white wine reached 5.6934 million tons, up 15.79% year-on-year, with the growth rate reduced by 6.41 percentage points compared to the same period of last year. In order to standardize the export control of China’s technologies, guide the acts of enterprise’s technology export, the Department of Commerce and Ministry of Science and Technology published the revised China’s catalogue of technologies prohibited or restricted from export, among which manufacturing technologies of alcoholic beverages restricted include: technology of blending and flavoring of Sichuan liquor by computer, manufacturing technique of maotai wine, starter making of Chinese yellow wine, manufacturing technique of Chinese yeast, etc.
