Market Intelligence & Consulting Institute (MIC) [a division of Institute for Information Industry (III)], March 2010, Pages: 20
Android mobile phones increased in popularity in 2009, and many mobile manufacturers and mobile operators started to focus on Android development. However, the world's largest mobile operator, China Mobile, did not directly invest in Android. With this platform and OPhone mobile phones, it aims to stimulate its 3G business and mobile services. This report examines the current status of OPhone products and the OMS platform, and looks at differences between OMS and Android, in order to analyze the future development potential of the OMS platform and OPhone products.
