The main source of selenium for the human body is food; hence, the selenium-rich agricultural products possess a wide market. Moreover, China abounds with selenium resource, and Enshi City in Hubei has the largest selenium deposit with the highest enrichment, owning the reputation as “China’s Selenium Capital”. The Kaiyang area in Guizhou is also rich in selenium resource.
