The main trends seen during the month include a year-on-year decrease of 26% in total contract value. Deals valued at over $1bn increased significantly.
The value of infrastructure management deals almost tripled sequentially. Central and federal government agencies share of the total deal value in March was 53%.
Volume of IT service contracts signed in North America witnessed a 29% Y-o-Y decline. Enterprises tended to prefer shorter deals with durations of less than three years.
