Holly Energy Partners L.P (Holly Energy) has signed a letter of intent to acquire petroleum tanks of capacity 2 million barrels and some rail loading rack facilities from Holly Corporation (Holly) for a consideration of $93 million in 2010. The sale agreement between both the companies (Holly and Holly Corporation) is subject to completion of requisite regulatory approvals including the final terms by both the companies’ Board of Directors. This agreement is expected to complete by April 1, 2010 with a deal value of $46.5 per barrel of installed capacity
