A Data Center, also called a server farm, is a facility used to house computer systems and associated components, such as network equipment and storage systems. It also includes supporting equipment such as backup power supplies, data communications connections, environmental controls (e.g., air conditioning, fire suppression), rack infrastructure for collocation, and security devices.

Further, Containerized Data Centers significantly reduce the amount of time spent on expanding a Data Center. For example, while it takes months to build a traditional Data Center, Containerized Data Centers can be deployed within weeks. Moreover, these Data Centers also offer many advantages over the traditional Data Centers (such as scalability, cost effectiveness and high power utilization).
