The FOCUS: On Demand 2009 report covers subscriptions to On Demand services, usage of and satisfaction with On Demand menus, and provides a profile of On Demand users.

The data reported come from two of our syndicated studies:

- State of Cable and Broadband 2009™: 1,000 telephone interviews among heads of household in TV homes (including multi-channel subscribers –cable, satellite, FiOSTV, and U-verse TV –and non-multi-channel subscribers); fielded in January/February 2009. The survey was conducted among a stratified random sample using cable systems as the primary sampling unit. The data are representative of all TV homes in cable-homes passed areas.

- State of Digital and Interactive Television 2009™: 800 telephone interviews among multi-channel subscribers (cable, satellite, FiOSTV, and U-verse TV); fielded in June 2009. The survey was conducted among a stratified random sample of multi-channel subscribers in 49 markets where digital cable service has been launched, using cable systems as the primary sampling unit.
