He has worked extensively for governments and the European Commission on chemicals issues. Andrew was one of the authors of the European Commission’s REACH proposal and was a member of the IOMC drafting group that prepared the GHS.

Sandrine Lefèvre-Brévart, from the European Chemicals Agency, will deliver a presentation on ECHA's notification tools. She has played a central role in developing these tools.

Francis Trudeau, product manager of managed regulatory content at Atrion International, will discuss industry strategies to manage regulatory compliance. Francis has 10 years' experience in global regulatory affairs in chemicals
