Sustainability Professionals Careers and Salary Benchmarking Report 2010
Environment Analyst Publishing & Research, Oct 2010, Pages: 73
After a popular reception to our inaugural salary benchmarking report (in 2009), we have repeated the exercise in 2010. Over the summer, we analysed the records of 17,000 recent candidates on the books at recruitment consultant Allen & York and have conducted a separate in-depth online survey of 2,600 UK and global sustainability professionals. The two exercises provide the most accurate record to date of average real salaries across the sustainability industries, together with a snapshot of how the industries are coping with the economic downturn and the current state of the profession.
The 73-page 2010 report contains extensive analysis, including:

- Salary change in last 12 months by type of organisation, primary work area, by promotion and by those staying in same roles
