Akamai and Coradiant Team up to Make the Cloud Visible

While many in the industry continue to indulge in vague hyperboles about the advantages of Cloud computing, Akamai and Coradiant have teamed up with a realistic and compelling approach to show how and where Akamai’s support for application performance across the Cloud can bring real value. In an industry first, Akamai is reselling Coradiant’s TrueSight as an extension of its monthly services – with an eye to monitoring user experience across both Akamai and non-Akamai-supported applications. This means that Akamai customers can gauge where Akamai services are most effective, where they might be needed next, and potentially where they might not be needed in the future. This is truly one example of shining light throughout the cloud, in a new service option that ought to please those Akamai customers who want to optimize across the full spectrum of their application infrastructures with clarity and perspective.
