Nimsoft Extends Unified Monitoring To Elastic IT Services

Nimsoft, a business unit of CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA), announced the introduction of its real-time usage-based metering technologies and dynamic dashboard capabilities as part of its Unified Monitoring solutions. This includes an utility computing-like usage metering service, customized portlets and dashboards which are the foundation for its next generation of “see as you go?pay as you go” Unified Monitoring as a service vision.
Enterprise Management Associates (EMA) analysts view this addition to the Nimsoft technology portfolio as a positive development, well in line with the company’s history of its technology innovations and with the continued growth of the “pay as you go” model increasingly embraced across this elastic IT industry.
