Verizon - Google Propose new Web Rules: Did Google End Net Neutrality

Mark Csernica Comments on the Verizon, Google Internet traffic proposals announced 8th September 2010. The announcement proposed Internet rules that would:
- Discourage online providers from slowing or favoring certain traffic on the wired Internet. - Allow creation of new networks that would provide faster delivery of content and services for a fee. - Keep cellular-based Web services largely unregulated. - Limit the FCC's authority over broadband Internet lines.
