It has four ethanol production facilities, namely, Columbia facility, Oregon; Madera facility, California; Magic Valley, Idaho; and Stockton, California. Pacific Ethanol also owns a 42% stake in Front Range Energy, which owns and operates an ethanol production facility in Windsor, Colorado.
