Additional deal information
Any additional deal information has been obtained from publicly available sources including company websites, SEC filings, conference presentations or personal discussion between company representatives and our experts. Where relevant, sources have been identified to allow data verification.
Exchange rates
All financial values in this database have been expressed in US$. Where an amount was originally reported in a currency other than US$, the
online currency exchange xe.com was used to obtain an exchange rate between the relevant currency and US$ on the date of the deal announcement. The US$ amount then determined, was entered into the database.
