The report seeks to describe the current situation in the construction industry in Poland and respond to the demand for long-term forecasts about the construction market put forward by construction companies, manufacturers of construction materials, construction market institutions and the numerous foreign builders starting operations in Poland. Another important thing is also the enormous potential of the Polish construction market, with the underlying pool of EU funds to be used to finance construction projects by 2013.

Brief description of the report

The report presents the trends for the construction market as a whole and for its individual segments, namely:

- residential construction,
- non-residential construction,
- civil engineering.

An important part of the report are the profiles of top 10 market players, which – among other things – include analysis of their financial standing and strategies for the coming years.

For the sake of this report, we interviewed 200 largest construction companies active on the Polish market. As a summary of the survey, we presented the companies’ aggregated assessment of the market and their standing.

The report is further enhanced by regional analysis of the Polish economy, with special focus on the historical data and forecasts for the construction market in individual voivodships.
