OpTier Optimizes Cloud and Hybrid Business Transaction Management with BTM 4 and CloudFirst

OpTier's recent announcements in what it rightfully calls 'Business Transaction Management' or 'BTM' and lifecycle Cloud management reflect both an accelerated pace of innovation and a clear vision.
