The Practice and Procedure of the Commercial Court, 6th Edition, has been completely updated and revised to reflect:
- CPR Parts 59 and 62 and their Practice Directions
- The new Admiralty and Commercial Courts Guide (which came into force in December 2006)
- Recent proposals set out in the Report and Recommendations of the Commercial Court Long Trials Working Party (published in December 2007)
Whilst the book is primarily intended as a reference for those who practice in the Court, it also sets those practices and procedures in context, including the Commercial Court’s history. It includes the principles and procedure for obtaining and discharging freezing injunctions and the procedures for The Court’s supervisory jurisdiction over arbitrations as well.
